Celest and David Ok, lets use some pragmatic logic here: if a parson can implant cords into another being, what possible difference does 3 feet make? Cords can be implanted from a galaxy away! Yet, this is one of his eccentric manners. We see the psychological aspect at work here: it will fuel the curiosity of people who are not familiar with him AND “logic” will presume that his work must be extraordinary. Farley also tells people, in particular women, that they have been “implanted with crystal implants that will ultimately destroy them.” He offers to remove them and then controls those same people because they believed they not only had the implants, but that he is some type of “Savior.”

A commonality which exists amongst all the false prophets is the overriding content of control and fear. Keeping people off balance and “needy.” Subtle pressure is applied by making people feel uninformed and foolish for not knowing more than they do. Peter, like so many others, is just too ready to be helpful if the financial aspect is attended to by the curious person, or a person who is truly anxious to learn more. He always offers to be of assistance in the person’s quest for information. One of his most harmful methods of indoctrinating women, and we learned he also does this with men, is by offering them information about themselves that NO ONE has ever told them about themselves. It is the type of information few can ignore. In its own way, “it is priceless in its infamy.

This is what he does. Peter has been known to approach women when they are alone, away from their group, lover or spouse and immediately begins to tell them, ”You are one of only 50 women on the planet who carry the Mother Mary energy. You are here to seed the Virgin’s energy among all women, all people. You are an old Soul who is immaculate in BODY, mind and Spirit. If other women (and he tells men they are the incarnated Christ,)are jealous of you, it is only because they know you are Sacred, you are Divine, you are the Mary personage.“ Peter then offers the victim consultations, private readings etc. to help in their “Divine Mission.” Would it surprise you to know that we have met over 200 women who are each “one of the 50.” Several are personal friends. Peter uses the psychological approach of bolstering self-esteem and manipulating ego issues to convince people to pay attention to him. He also sees “reptilians and dracs” everywhere. He has falsely accused many good people of being dark reptilian figures.

Farley states that all his “sources” off-world, are only highly evolved beings; further that they give him vital information that “is not available to anyone else.” He is wrong on all counts. Now of all his writings that we have gathered together, one in particular stands out…but NOT in any good way. We decided that this particular writing would be the best way to show readers the manner in which Farley uses the “fear and incite” method of maintaining an audience composed of ordinary people who believe wrongly that Peter knows what he is talking about. The worst thing anyone can do is disagree with Farley; he has a vicious temper and the tongue of a viper and has no qualms about totally denigrating the ones who say “you are wrong.” Now that we have provided some background please read below, these are his own words, and it is what Farley is promulgating still today.

Explaining The New World Order's Control Over Planet Earth

No matter where I have gone and spoken to audiences about the true nature of planet earth I have been working with over the past few years--what I like to call the Star Wars Bar-- people accept it very readily because it just makes sense of the world and the strange population of Beings we see around us. As I teach these people to feel or 'see' the morphogenetic fields surrounding each Being, the reality of what I have written about becomes tangibly real. To illustrate this Star Wars Bar and how our 'reptilian' creators and overlords have controlled every aspect of our lives for so so long, I asked the Spiritual Hierarchy to break down a sample population for me into its most predominant members. Considering the population of the USA to be approximately 300 million, the following figures give an approximate makeup of that population by the main 'alien' groups on the planet, as supplied by the Spiritual Hierarchy.

Celest and David ok, if you are feeling claustrophobic after reading these ridiculous stats, we can understand why. Apparently Farley’s “spiritual hierarchy” never bothered to mention that the numbers of Souls incarnating and departing the planet changes constantly. Nor obviously did they inform him that there are hundreds of ancient civilizations from many other galaxies who occasionally visit this planet while maintaining a watchful vigil over their own descendents here. These stats while incorrect in their “incorrectness,” are sure to cause feelings of hopelessness and some paranoia in many people who read this. No, you are “not alone” in this world. There are far more “humans” here than Farley states. There are other star systems besides Orion who contributed to the once powerful Illuminati stronghold here. The fact that many humans are descendents from other star systems is valid, we know this to be true. BUT Farley makes no mention of the benevolent forces aligned here with the human race who have been here since the Creation of this planet.

It is this type of rhetoric that he issues which we consider to be not only dangerous, but bordering on sheer lunacy. Anyone who is even at a low level of doubt about their own existence and the future of Earth that is part of planetary evolution, will be sure to throw up their hands and mutter “why bother?” We further dispute his claim that the predominate control of this planet is the negative agenda stemming from the Orion star system. Apparently his “spiritual hierarchy” does not know that the prominence of any negative entity began to change here in the late 80’s. The reptilian agenda itself underwent a severe alteration years ago. This was during a linear time experience when the influx of ancient Souls began in earnest to reincarnate here, to do what they could to assist humanity and Earth. Even yet today, the dark agenda is its own dying race, which is why it is struggling so hard to continue to exert control and USE the false prophets. NEVER, never, never does the true Spiritual Hierarchy release information that is based upon fear and incorrect data. The true Hierarchy is totally in alignment with the God of this universe and seeks only to continue to broaden the ongoing expansion of Christ Consciousness to Earth, just as once was foretold would happen. Also please do not forget that there are MANY reptilians whose Soul desire is to be of assistance in the continuing elimination of the last vestiges of the dark energies.

Why does Farley believe all that his sources tell him without first checking the validity of his sources? We say it is because Peter deals in fear, he works from a fear based center seeing himself as the nucleus of truth, firmly installed on his own pedestal; instilling dubious information at best. At worst…dangerous illusions. He NEEDS the adoration of those who still believe in him. Anytime anyone tries to convince you that the human race is a “dying” race, please consider the source of the information. According to Farley’s stats, that is what it is. Now as always, YOU decide what is truth and what is not.
